Plot 6, Avenel, Kilmacolm
The last remaining plots on the very successfull Avenel executive housing development on Knockbuckle Lane in Kilmacolm are about to be released.
The serviced site has an existing planning consent for a single house, however after consultation with Inverclyde Council and carrying out an engineering site assessment, a planning application is being prepared for submission in early 2017 to split the site into two separate plots. Both plots will have separate access onto Knockbuckle Lane, and both will have a large footprint to allow houses of a generous size to be developed on each site..
