Ken Davie

Ken Davie is a planning consultant with over 36 years’ professional experience in all aspects of town planning.

His early career was with Glasgow City Council where he worked in local planning, development control and heritage and design.

In 1991, he joined Keppie Design where he spearheaded the development of a new planning division. This division went on to become one of the largest consultancies in Scotland.

Most recently, he worked overseas as Keppie’s North Africa director where he oversaw a range of masterplanning projects involving new towns and university campuses.

His specialisms include conservation and listed buildings, masterplanning and negotiating with Local Authorities to ensure clients’ applications are delivered within an agreed timescale.
